Job Summary

Execute van or beat sales of FMCG products across an assigned route. Ensure product availability, visibility and sales volume while developing retail outlet relationships and achieving daily and weekly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Cover the assigned beat route and visit 30–50 retail outlets per day.
Take orders from retail outlets and ensure accurate billing and delivery.
Maintain product availability and correct display at retail outlets.
Introduce current products and promotional packs to retailers.
Collect payments and manage credit as per company policy.




Coordinate with distributors for daily stock loading and route planning.
Execute in-store visibility activities such as shelf stacking and product displays.
Identify and onboard current retail outlets within the assigned territory.

Requirements
12th / Any Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in FMCG or retail sales.
Retail outlet coverage and beat plan execution skills.
Order booking and billing knowledge.
Merchandising and product display skills.
Distributor coordination and payment collection skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
