Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, implementation, and client interactions. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, proposing Odoo-based solutions, and developing/customizing modules to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs.
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
Design and implement custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution.
Conduct user training, UAT, and provide post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Optimize existing Odoo applications for performance and scalability.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills




3–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
Solid knowledge of Python, Odoo Framework, XML, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
Experience in Odoo module development and customization.
Understanding of Odoo business modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, and HR.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with Odoo implementation and migration projects.
Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of Linux server environments and Odoo deployment is a plus.
