Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day financial operations for our dropshipping business. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, solid Excel skills, and a good understanding of e-commerce transactions, payment gateways, and online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounting records of sales, expenses, commissions, and vendor payouts
Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal), and e-commerce platform reports
Prepare and manage monthly GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
Create and manage Excel-based reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
Maintain proper documentation for invoices, vendor bills, and tax filings




Assist in audits and ensure compliance with Tax Laws

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)
2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, dashboards, formulas)
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices
Experience with accounting software such as Tally etc.
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
