We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth in industrial automation and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with clients, and delivering techno-commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in automation/EPC projects
Handle client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
Coordinate with engineering/proposal team for solution development
Manage RFQs, tenders, and negotiations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
2–6 years of experience in sales of automation/EPC solutions
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, field instruments, and industrial networking
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
Preferred Skills
Experience in oil & gas / tank farm /Automobile/ process industries
Familiarity with tendering and bidding processes
Existing network with industrial clients
Pay: ₹11,863.06 - ₹42,555.02 per month
