Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business. The role involves engaging with the company's existing customer base to identify opportunities for Loan Top-up, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Vehicle Loans while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Contact eligible customers for loan top-up offers, refinancing, balance transfer, and current loan opportunities.
Promote and cross-sell financial products including:
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Mortgage Loans
Vehicle Loans
Loan Top-up Facilities
Analyze customer profiles and identify lending opportunities based on repayment history and eligibility.




Explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, documentation requirements, and advantages to customers.
Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Maintain high customer retention and repeat business ratios.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collections, and Branch Teams for seamless customer service.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
