Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage recommendations.
Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and barista team.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their visit.
Clear and reset tables quickly while maintaining cleanliness.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns politely and professionally.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and café.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs.
Support the team during busy service periods.

Requirements




0–2 years of experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or hotel (Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Basic English and Hindi communication skills (Gujarati is an advantage).

Preferred Skills
Experience with POS systems.
Knowledge of café or bakery menus.
Ability to upsell menu items and increase guest satisfaction.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
