We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced academic leader to join our institution as Principal. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, promote academic excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of innovation, research, and student success.

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic, administrative, and financial leadership.
Ensure compliance with UGC, affiliating university, and other statutory/regulatory norms.
Lead institutional quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
Promote excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and student development.
Strengthen industry-academia collaboration and community engagement.
Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance management.
Develop and implement strategic plans for institutional growth.

Minimum Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
Teaching/Research Experience
Must be a Professor or Associate Professor.
At least 15 years of teaching/research experience in universities, colleges,



or other higher education institutions.
Research Requirements
Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Minimum Research Score of 110 (as per the applicable UGC regulations and Appendix II).
Demonstrated academic leadership, administrative experience, and a strong record of research publications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in NAAC accreditation and quality assurance.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Expertise in institutional planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to build collaborations with industry and academic institutions.
