VLH Bansal Motors is seeking an experienced General Manager – Service to lead and manage the complete service and after-sales operations of our commercial vehicle dealership.

The position will be responsible for driving service business growth, customer satisfaction, workshop profitability, operational efficiency and overall after-sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete Service and After-Sales department.
Develop and implement service business strategies.
Achieve service revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor workshop performance and productivity.
Lead Works Manager, Service Advisors, technicians and support teams.
Improve customer retention and repeat service business.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of service jobs.
Coordinate with Spare Parts and other dealership departments.
Monitor warranty,



service campaigns and manufacturer processes.
Analyse service KPIs, revenue, labour sales and workshop performance.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Develop processes to improve service profitability and customer experience.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in automobile after-sales/service operations preferred.
Experience in commercial vehicle dealership is highly preferred.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of workshop operations and service business.
Ability to manage targets, revenue and profitability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
