Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated HVAC Helper to assist HVAC Technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work at project and service sites.

Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians in the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work locations.
Support ducting, piping, insulation, and wiring activities.
Clean and prepare work areas before and after job completion.
Help in loading and unloading HVAC materials and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment properly.
Assist in routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment.




Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th Pass or ITI (preferred).
Basic knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems is an advantage.
Ability to work at sites and travel when required.
Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and materials.
Willingness to learn and work in a team setting.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of HVAC tools and equipment.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in HVAC projects or maintenance work will be an added advantage.
