Job Summary

G8 IndoGulf Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Ensure accurate accounting and timely financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Manage statutory compliance, GST, TDS, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.




Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage financial operations independently and meet deadlines.
Candidates aged up to 40 years are preferred.
