Responsibilities:
Manage daily factory production and operations.
Supervise workers, shifts, attendance, and productivity.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
Monitor machines, materials, wastage, and downtime.
Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Management.
Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in factory/production supervision.
Valuable leadership and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Ability to manage manpower and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
