About the Role

Bharani Silks is looking for a Receptionist to join our showroom team. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Guide customers to the appropriate department or sales staff.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about the showroom.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain visitor records and other necessary registers.
Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
Support the management with day-to-day reception responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (basic English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pleasant personality with valuable customer service skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
