Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and provide course information.
Follow up with leads and answer their queries.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the system.
Coordinate with the admissions team for timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
