Ensure ≥ 98% machine uptime across stitching & washing divisions
Lead preventive & predictive maintenance systems (100% PM adherence)
Manage boilers, compressors, DG sets, transformers & solar systems
Oversee ETP/ZLD operations and pollution control compliance
Drive energy optimization (power, steam & water per garment reduction)
Implement root cause analysis for breakdown prevention
Control maintenance budgets & spare inventory
Ensure full statutory & safety compliance
Lead and develop engineering & utility teams

Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
12–18 years experience in garment, textile, or process manufacturing
Solid exposure to washing plant, utilities & ETP systems
Experience managing large industrial teams
Cost-conscious, systems-driven, and compliance-focused

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
