Direct interact with customer and understand the issue related to his vehicle
Take a note of the issue on later create system based job card with entering

correct and relevant information of the customer and his vehicle
Inspect and advise customer about necessary repairs/maintenance of the

vehicle
Prepare and share the cost and time estimation of the work agreed by the

customer
Assign vehicle to floor Supervisor and ensure timely delivery
Contact customer for any ad-hoc expenses
Inspect the vehicle repair before delivering and guide customer for billing

process
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction standards
