Key Responsibilities
Verify and process POs for quantity, rates, taxes, terms and delivery timelines.
Ensure accurate PO creation as per approved requirements.
Lead the PO creation team, allocate work and monitor performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts and Vendors.
Resolve PO discrepancies and ensure timely amendments.
Track pending POs, approvals and deliveries.
Maintain PO records and prepare purchase reports.
Ensure procurement SOPs are followed and minimize errors.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/PO Management.
Strong knowledge of PO processes and procurement practices.
Experience in team handling/coordination.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Robust communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Garment/Apparel/Textile/Trading industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
