Job Description

Alexan Real Estate is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve ambitious business targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and proven experience in managing and motivating sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team effectively.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate recent leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Guide team members through the complete sales process.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Negotiate deals and ensure successful sales closures.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Train, motivate, and improve the performance of the sales team.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and management teams.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.




Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Target-oriented approach with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
