Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and validate electronic systems and subsystems
Design electronic architectures, including power systems, control electronics, sensor interfaces, and communication modules
Ensure seamless hardware–firmware integration
Work in close coordination with mechanical engineers responsible for frames, enclosures, structural members, and moving assemblies
Ensure electronics packaging, mounting, routing, and protection are compatible with mechanical constraints
Contribute to decisions related to:
Component placement and accessibility
Thermal management and heat dissipation
Vibration, shock, and environmental protection
Maintainability and field serviceability
Participate actively in design reviews to ensure electro-mechanical compatibility and robustness
Support rapid prototyping, breadboarding, and hardware bring-up
Integrate electronic systems with mechanical assemblies during prototype builds
Conduct functional testing, stress testing, environmental testing, and endurance testing
Assist in lab testing, field testing, and user trials alongside mechanical and systems teams
Diagnose system-level issues arising from electronics, firmware, or mechanical interactions
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
Schematics and BOMs




Firmware–hardware interface documentation
Test procedures and validation reports
Integration and assembly guidelines
Support QA, inspection, and certification activities (DGQA / NABL / third-party labs, as applicable)
Assist in transitioning electronic designs from R&D; to production

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering
Robust fundamentals in analogue and digital electronics
Practical experience with firmware integration and embedded hardware systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with mechanical engineers on integrated products
Hands-on mindset with comfort in lab, workshop, and field environments

Technical Skills (Preferred):
Schematic and PCB design tools (Altium / KiCad / Eagle or equivalent)
Experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, AVR, or similar)
Understanding of firmware concepts and embedded system workflows
Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.)
Experience working on drones, robotics, or electromechanical products is a solid plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
