Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology .
Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring customer solutions .
Experience in deployment support, documentation, and knowledge transfer .
Solid communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:
Understand requirements, define specifications, and align deployments with business needs.
Prepare project plans, test solutions, and validate readiness using lab settings.
Implement and configure solutions, resolve technical issues, and follow best practices.
Provide post-deployment support, tuning, optimization, and knowledge transfer to customers.
Collaborate with managers, sales, and vendors to ensure on-time project sign-off.
