Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with solid experience in Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure or Industrial Projects to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, plant and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Hire for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, EHS and Project functions.
Recruit for EPC/project roles such as Project Managers, Site Engineers, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Planning Engineers, Procurement Engineers and HSE specialists.
Handle blue-collar hiring including Welders, Fitters, Electricians, Operators and Technicians.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and industry networks.
Manage stakeholder coordination with Plant Heads, Project Managers and Functional Heads.




Build talent pipelines and conduct market/competitor mapping.
Manage recruitment consultants and track hiring performance.
Maintain MIS, recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
Support large-scale hiring and project manpower mobilization.

Required Experience
4–8 years of Technical Recruitment experience.
Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure or Industrial Projects.
Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
Experience in plant/site/project hiring will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
