Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, admissions, and discharges.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and treatment processes.
Provide patients with accurate information regarding appointments, reports, and hospital policies.
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.
Monitor patient waiting times and coordinate to minimize delays.
Contribute to achieving high patient satisfaction and service excellence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
