Business Process
Primary Enquiry Management/ Fresh Enquiry Management
Up-dation of Enquiry in CRM System
Generation of Site Visit
Generation of Client Visit
Prospect Identification
Maintaining TAT for Follow up (Fresh Leads & Follow up Leads)
Meeting calling targets
Maintaining Average Handling Time
Objection Handling

Customers
Briefing customers about the project
Regular Follow up
Convincing prospect clients for Site Visit/ Client Visit

Minimum Qualifications - Graduate/ Post Graduate





Experience - 3 to 4 years work experience in same industry or calling or customer care experience

Technical Skills
Sound computer skills – MS Office, Internet, e mail etc.

Behavioural Skills
Positive Communication skills
Valuable Presentation skills
Time Management skills

Language Skills
English
