Handle and process reservations for hotels only for United Arab Emirates
Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Coordinate with hotels and their service support to confirm bookings and resolve any issues.
Assist clients in modifying or canceling reservations as needed.
Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
Maintain solid relationships with travel partners and vendors.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and industry changes.
