We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, proposal support, and closing deals while working closely with sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth deal execution
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or IT / Software / Manufacturing domain
Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation tools, or ERP/EMS solutions
Ability to analyze market data and prepare sales reports
