Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in Non-IT bulk hiring, preferably from the Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, Financial Services, Collections, or Sales industry. The ideal candidate should have handled high-volume recruitment and be capable of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
Handle bulk hiring for Sales, Collections, Customer Support, Operations, Telecalling, Credit, and Backend positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.




Ensure timely offer roll-out and candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills
06 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Mandatory experience in Bulk Hiring.
Experience hiring for Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or Collections companies.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced setting.
