We are looking for a Student Counsellor to join our team at Medcity International Academy, Kanjikuzhy.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide and counsel students regarding language training and study abroad programs
Handle enquiries from walk-in students, calls, and online leads
Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain proper student records and update enquiry details regularly
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student support
Build strong rapport with students and parents by providing accurate guidance

Requirements:
Excellent communication and counselling skills
Ability to handle admissions, follow-ups, and student queries confidently




Basic knowledge of study abroad or language training programs is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a qualified attitude
Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer handling will be an added advantage
