We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer with excellent communication skills to handle complex inbound processes, lead Current Hire (NH) batches, and improve training effectiveness through better methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Train and guide teams on complex inbound processes.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Handle difficult and challenging situations with confidence and clarity.
Manage and deliver training for Recent Hire (NH) batches.
Introduce methodologies to reduce learning curves and enhance training outcomes.
Airline industry experience is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in training (preferably handling NH batches).
