Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales/orders.
Maintain positive communication and build customer relationships.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Update customer details and call records properly.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales/team for order processing and customer support.
Promote company offers, schemes, and recent products over calls.
Work on commission basis depending on successful sales/conversions.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
Report daily calling and sales performance to the manager.
