We are hiring for a Restaurant Manger for an International Brand at Kozhikode .

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Achieve sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and statutory requirements.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma holder.
3–5 years of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
