B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA /BE / 3years Diploma.
Undergraduate candidates with a 3-Year Diploma are also eligible

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Pay: ₹20,744.49 - ₹24,482.77 per month
