Break down architecture into implementable user stories and tasks as per INVEST criteria.
Lead developers, AI engineers, and platform engineers.
Ensure code quality, security, testing, and deployment standards.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Work closely with BA, PM, and Architect.
Ensure CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices are followed.
Drive performance optimization and production readiness.
Support production releases and issue resolution.
