Job Title: Team Lead – Sales
Location: Calicut (On-site / Office-based)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our in-house sales team (Admission Counselors). The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring consistent growth in admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Admission Counselors to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure optimal performance
Provide regular guidance, training, and motivation to improve team productivity
Track and analyze team performance metrics and share reports with the Sales Head
Ensure proper handling of leads, inquiries, and student interactions
Maintain robust coordination within the team and across departments
Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements
Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly targets





Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in sales (team handling experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
Experience in in-house / inside sales is mandatory
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Ability to monitor performance and ensure timely follow-ups
Target-driven with solid leadership and problem-solving skills
