CNC Quality Control / Quality Inspector

We are looking for a CNC Quality Control skilled to ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of machined components.

Experience: 1–3 years
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday
Industry: CNC / Toolroom / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Inspect CNC machined components as per engineering drawings.
Read and understand technical drawings, GD&T; and dimensional requirements.
Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspections.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and Dial Gauge.
Record inspection results and maintain quality reports.
Identify and report dimensional deviations and quality issues.
Coordinate with CNC operators and production team to resolve quality problems.




Maintain inspection records and prepare daily quality reports.
Ensure components meet customer and internal quality standards.
Follow quality procedures and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CNC Quality Control / Inspection.
Positive knowledge of measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic understanding of GD&T;.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in a CNC machining/toolroom setting preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
