Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and supporting smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and plans.
Monitor labor workforce and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations.
Track daily progress and report to senior engineers.
Manage site materials and minimize wastage.
Assist in measurements, billing, and basic documentation.




Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Positive leadership and team coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Solid communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
