Monitor all branch activities through CCTV systems.
Ensure all branches (13 branches) are opened on time as per company schedule.
Contact branch staff and provide timely alerts and reminders for branch opening.
Follow up with employees who fail to open branches on time and report non-compliance to management.
Issue warnings and maintain records of disciplinary actions as per company policy.
Monitor milk boiling and other critical operational activities through CCTV and report deviations.
Ensure operational procedures and hygiene standards are followed in all branches.
Coordinate with branch teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain and manage employee accommodation facilities and address accommodation-related concerns.
Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to management.
Conduct regular checks and ensure smooth functioning of all branches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
