Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Agency Channel to build and manage a team of insurance advisors and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
Train, guide and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
Generate recent business through the agency team.
Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
Conduct field visits and meet agents/customers.
Support agents in customer meetings and sales closures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain valuable relationships with agents and customers.
Ensure quality business and policy renewals.
Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Positive knowledge of sales and business development.
Must be comfortable with field sales work.
Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
Age up to 30 years.
Graduate candidates preferred.
