Core Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Find and pitch recent business leads, including jewelry retail stores, wholesalers, and regional distributors.
Account Management: Maintain long-term ties with existing clients, manage reorders, and offer high-touch client support.
Product Presentation: Showcase gold, diamond, or gemstone collections, explaining craftsmanship, specs, and market margins.
Negotiation & Sales: Negotiate pricing, bulk order terms, and delivery schedules while protecting company profit margins.
Market Tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, shifting design styles, and regional retail trends.
Trade Events: Represent the brand at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, plus sharp negotiation and closing instincts.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel locally, nationally, for client visits and trade fairs.
