Job Description: Store & Dispatch In-ChargeThe Store & Dispatch In-Charge manages warehouse operations, inventory control, and outbound logistics for wet wipes manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store Management
Receive raw materials like non-woven fabric, lotions, and packaging.
Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and quality sheets.
Maintain optimal storage conditions for chemicals and formulation liquids.
Issue raw materials to production lines based on daily plans.
Conduct weekly stock counts to prevent inventory variances.

Dispatch & Logistics
Coordinate finished goods dispatch to distributors and retail clients.
Verify batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry labels before loading.
Prepare shipping documents including delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
Optimize vehicle loading to maximize space and prevent product damage.




Track transit status to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Documentation & Compliance
Update ERP systems daily for all inward and outward movements.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO systems to ensure strict product shelf-life control.
Enforce safety protocols for material handling and forklift operations.

Job Requirement
Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical warehousing.
Skills: Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of FIFO inventory methods and shipping regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
