Key Responsibilities
Create daily social media creatives, reels, and videos.
Cover company events, training programs, and employee activities through photos and videos.
Visit project sites to capture work progress, installations, and learning content.
Shoot and edit videos for OSFS projects, labour welfare programs, and company events.
Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and schedule regular social media posts.
Develop creative content ideas to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
Design promotional, recruitment, festival, and company announcement creatives.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for content requirements.
Monitor social media performance and submit monthly reports.
Ensure all content reflects the company's branding and values.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
