We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, generating recent business, and achieving revenue targets through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Identify recent business opportunities and acquire new customers.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and support the sales team.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Train, coach, and evaluate sales executives to improve performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve business performance.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
3–5 years of experience in field sales, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
