We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, planning, and construction drawings. You will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers on residential and commercial projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
Prepare material specifications and design documentation.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with robust software skills are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, or similar software is an added advantage.
Good understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Creativity and attention to detail.
Problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of residential building design.
Basic understanding of municipal approval drawings.
