Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Finishing & Execution to manage interior finishing and furnishing works for high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior finishing and execution activities.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Supervise flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, fixtures, and other finishing works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Plan and monitor work schedules, manpower, materials, and project progress.




Conduct quality checks, resolve site-level issues, and minimise rework.
Manage snagging, rectification, final finishing, and project handover.

Requirements
5–6 years of relevant experience in interior execution, finishing, furnishing, or fit-out projects.
Experience in high-rise or luxury residential projects preferred.
Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, drawings, and execution processes.
Excellent coordination, contractor management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
