Job Title : Production Manger - Dairy
Location: Swargate, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end dairy manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production efficiency, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team management while ensuring optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete plant operations including milk processing, packaging, and dispatch
Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO guidelines
Monitor production planning and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Optimize plant efficiency, reduce wastage, and control operational costs
Supervise quality control processes to maintain product consistency
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment
Implement process improvements and automation where required
Maintain compliance with safety, health,



and environmental regulations
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain for smooth operations

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field
Proven experience in dairy or food manufacturing plant management
Solid knowledge of milk processing, pasteurization, homogenization, and cold chain management, Boiler, etc.
Familiarity with regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP)
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure
Minimum 6- 10 years of experience in dairy

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling high-volume dairy production
Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
Robust analytical and reporting skills

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
