1Point1 Solutions Limited is hiring Customer Service & Sales Executives for our Navi Mumbai location.

We are looking for candidates with positive communication skills who are interested in building a career in Customer Service or Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions professionally through calls.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Explain products/services to customers when required.

Follow up with interested customers and support sales activities.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Achieve assigned performance and sales targets where applicable.

Follow company policies and quality standards.

Salary:

InHand :

₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Salary depends on experience and interview performance.
