Responsibilities
Analyzing and assessing requirements together with all the stakeholders of the business, their current and future business processes.
Strategically developing the implementation roadmap as per the business demands
Deriving Cost-Benefit Analysis on any new strategic investments to automate the Warehouse processes
Developing an effective change management process for a smooth digital transformation from legacy processes
Promoting sustainable and cutting-edge ideas with a view to state-of-the-art solutions
Identify prospects, analyze business priorities, provide solutions within Warehouse Management and Space Planning Systems opportunity in Retail & CPG

Qualifications
Supply chain management experience with strong functional (Warehouse Transportation & Logistics), technical and customer-facing skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferred to have a certification in Supply Chain & Logistics
Ability to interpret requirements using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, site visits,



business process descriptions and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements from clients.
Ability to solution, sell and deliver on warehouse transformation programs
3PL, 4PL operational pursuit activities
Experience across a variety of Supply Chain management packaged solutions such as WMS, WCS, TMS, LMS/LMD
Ability to engage with people at all levels; both clients and internal colleagues.
Ability to create unique solutions to complex material engineering flow problems, with organizational, process or technology contexts.
Ability to interact with both business and IT managers to ensure understanding of both the business and IT challenges and solutions.
Agile implementation methodology experience is preferred.
Ability to travel 100% to customer sites in Domestic and Internation.
