Factory Manager – EVA Compounding

Location: Narela, DSIIDC
Experience: 3–5+ years in polymer/EVA compounding or plastics manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day factory operations and production.
Supervise production, manpower, quality, and raw material usage.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
Monitor machine performance, maintenance, and production efficiency.
Maintain production records and control wastage.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, and dispatch teams.
Ensure workplace safety and proper factory discipline.

Requirements:
Experience in EVA/polymer/plastic compounding preferred.
Solid knowledge of production processes and machinery.
Valuable team-management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage factory operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
