Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through multiple sales channels.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury residences.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and agreement.
Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and channel partners.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated CRM.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer relationship teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
2–4 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Experience in selling premium or luxury residential projects is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market.
Ability to close high-value transactions independently.
Customer-focused with a skilled personality.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in selling apartments priced above ₹2 Crore.
Existing network of HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about luxury sales.
