Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops.
Perform repairs on laptop components such as motherboards, screens, and keyboards.
Replace damaged or dysfunctional parts with new or refurbished components.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory.
Keep up-to-date with the latest laptop technologies and repair techniques.
Test repaired laptops to ensure functionality and performance.
Collaborate with other service engineers and technicians to solve complex issues.

Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in laptop repair or a related technical certification is preferred.




Minimum of 2 years experience in laptop repair or a similar technical support role.
Robust understanding of laptop hardware and software systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
