Role & responsibilities

Branded Content Ideation and Implementation:
Ability to ideate, develop and implement branded content strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement with relevant experience with past campaigns is key.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Stay updated with emerging trends in Branded content creation and marketing
Prior experience in planning and creating Branded video content/ TVC process.
Prior experience in planning and implementing Brand Campaigns across mediums.

Social Media Marketing
Manage social media brand pages and ensure high level of engagement on digital brand properties
Plan, ideate, create and execute social media calendars and posts
Conceptualize and work with agencies to create brand content and digital collateral
Write ad copies, and social media copies for the media campaigns and SMM platforms
Research industry-related topics and pitch for current blog ideas. Create, conceptualize and proofread blog content for relevant topics
Script writing for AVs and documentaries and forming Long-term content strategy and marketing ideas
Ability to adhere to the brand voice, research, and identify target audience preferences and trends
Write marketing copy to promote our products/services





Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Observe and manage online reputation on all social media platforms and work with agencies for suitable responses
Proactive response ready mechanism built in for crisis communication.

Website Management & SEO
Create and curate blogs for various sites and align with SEO requirements by digital marketing teams.
Work with agencies regularly to maintain SEO and SEM practices.
Ensure that all communication collaterals (within and outside the team) follow brand standards and guidelines.

Multimedia creation
Video and photo editing skills will be a plus
Develop presentations, reports, films, AVs and video concepts for various projects, and internal reviews

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be well versed in writing English copies for social, campaigns, blogs and other platforms as well.

Skills
Must have excellent content creation/language/writing skills
Prior experience in Digital video content making process
Should have excellent communication skills, robust interpersonal skills, a natural drive to achieve, and valuable execution skills
Ability to lead projects on their own and adhere to tight delivery deadlines
