Job Description: Factory Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily factory operations. The candidate will support production activities, material handling, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in production and manufacturing processes.
Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
Help machine operators and production staff as required.
Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Assist in inventory counting and material arrangement.
Perform other general factory duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum qualification:



SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and discipline.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Experience in packaging, loading, or production support.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
